The farm operates 300 hectares of land in the various municipalities in order to produce food for our animals for the winter period and to graze our herds in the summer.
We have 150 cows of different breeds: Limousine, Blonde d'Aquitaine, Gasconne and recently a few Aubracs.
We have chosen the Gascon breed, the Ariègeoise breed, rustic which adapts to life in the mountains. All summer long, they climb to Prat d'Albis (mountain above Foix). It is also ideal for direct sale thanks to its unique good taste which reminds us of our terroir!
But also 300 sheep of the Tarasconnaise breed, a local breed also adapted to the rise in summer pastures, in Arreau, above Couflens, at the gates of Spain.
And finally our 60 pork butcher pigs (Large-White crossbreed pietrain) raised in the open air in the woods around the farm.
We offer a wide range of farmhouse charcuterie made in our workshop on the farm, according to our ancestral, local and farm recipes.
Our products are guaranteed without preservatives, just salt, pepper, added to quality meat. All our cured meats are dried and matured in our dryer.
